What type of activities do you provide? 
Elegant Event Sitters provides a variety of games, crafts, movies and music to entertain children of various ages through our Basic Theme Package.  You may customize entertainment for the children by choosing one of our Theme Package Upgrades

What are the ages of the children?  
We provide entertainment for children of all ages.  On average most of the children in our care are between the ages of 2 and 11 years old.  However, we bring along games, crafts and other activities for younger and older children.  

How many sitters are available? 
Elegant Event Sitters provides a minimum of 3 sitters per event.  Additional sitters are provided as needed to care for infants and for groups of 20 or more children.

Where are you located? 
We provide onsite services during weddings, receptions, anniversaries, and other adult events.  We work with the Hostess or Wedding Professional to make sure there is an area provided for the children.  Most often it is a room not far from the reception site, other times it may be a room provided by the host hotel.

What types of meals do you provide?  
A light snack is provided, which includes juice, chips, cookies, and/or fruit.  We also offer Meal Upgrades such as our dessert/candy bar and dinner.

What is your price per child?  
Our prices are calculated base on the number of children and hours of service.  The average cost is $470.00. 

I am visiting from another city/state.  Can you care for my child(ren) individually?
Absolutely, we are available to provide service in your hotel room at our individual rate.

The wedding and reception are in different locations.  Can you accommodate us? 
Elegant Event Sitters would love to provide service at both locations.  We are not a daycare center, therefore, parents would be responsible for transporting their children from one location to the next. 

We have a rehearsal dinner on Friday and our wedding is on Saturday.  Can you help us? 
Yes, we would love to provide services for your rehearsal dinner and your wedding.  We ask for the initial deposit and calculate your rates hourly.

My 18 month old is not potty trained.  Will you change his/her diaper? 
Elegant Event Sitters, Inc.  is not a licensed daycare center, so in an effort to maintain the safety of the children, we ask parents to change diapers before they leave them for the evening.  Parents may also return at anytime if they believe an additional diaper change is needed.

How safe is my child(ren)? 
Elegant Event Sitters, Inc.  places safety as our Number 1 Priority.  We take care to make sure your child is supervised at all times.  We are trained and certified in both First Aid and CPR.  Children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian and all toys and activities are monitored for age-appropriateness and safety.  Parents are also welcome to stop by the “sitting” area to check on their child at anytime they are in our care.
