Elegant Event Sitters, Inc., offers Party Theme upgrades. You can
choose from one of the 5 themes listed below for a personalized event
with your young guests in mind. Favors are coordinated with the theme
chosen. Theme parties are available for $3.00 per child (minimum of 8
children required)
High School Musical - Show your
Wildcat pride with red, white and gold. Let your voice be heard
during the karaoke contest. Food is served cafeteria style on
lunch trays.
Beach Party - Transport your
guests to a tropical paradise. Package includes old fashioned
luau with leis, limbo and hula dancing.
Asian Tea Party - It's tea
time, Japanese style! Create candy sushi, origami and learn some
traditional Japanese games.
Ahoy! It's a
Pirate Party - Grab your maps as 'X' marks the spot where the
kid-sized treasures are buried in this exciting scavenger hunt.
Hollywood Movie
Night - Time to roll out the red carpet as the night is full of
glamour, glitter and glitz.

Elegant Event Sitters, Inc., offers Deluxe Welcome Bags that can be delivered to
your little guests upon arrival. You may choose to upgrade the favors included
with your package to a Deluxe Favor Bag. Bags are age appropriate and even come
with a small snack. $10.00 per child. Special gift bags for the children
in your wedding party are $20 per child.
Let
Elegant Event Sitters, Inc. handle your menu needs for the children. We can
arrange to have dinners prepared/delivered at a fraction of the cost you’d pay
to include them in the reception dinner. What’s more, the kids will enjoy the
food they like, insuring more is in their tummies than in the napkins. Entrees
are served with fresh fruit.

This is an introduction to the parents. For a $50 fee we send these out personally to each guest so that they know exactly what to expect and who we are. Everything is covered from the check –in process to the check out procedure. All of our contact information is included and they can make us aware of any special instructions pertaining to their child. We postage and mail these so there is one less thing for you to do.
